Cancer High Heels
My design is all about shoes. Women love them, we look good in them and we wear them even when they hurt! Shoes are feminine and trendy and make us look great! All of us has had a favorite pair of high heels that don't really fit, We endure the pain for fashion. The discomfort during a mammogram is no different. Endure that pain and get your mammograms early and often. Save a life, even your own!
How it all began
December 23 is a day I will never forget. Not the type of holiday I anticipated. Now I am a breast cancer survivor. A mammogram saved my life. My grandmothers who both died of breast cancer didn't have the same opportunity for early detection. How foolish of me that I did not embrace the technology and that I almost let procrastination in getting my mammogram cost me my life.
My goal is that About My Girlz t-shirt's will help spread the word about the importance of annual checkups.
Everyone's life has been touched by someone they know that has been diagnosed with breast cancer. You can help all the girls by wearing your About My Girlz t-shirt!!
A portion of About My Girlz proceeds will be donated to help find a cure.
